Digital phenomenon is impacting all aspects of business, institutions and society. Diffusion of new technologies such as mobile, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, robotics, 3D printing, apps, e-commerce, streaming and other web-based products and services. Digital formats have become production and delivery of a wide range of goods and services. Following the research symposium, authors of selected high quality papers will be invited to make substantial revision and improvement according to journals’ requirements and guidelines and their papers to one Special Section or for Regular Issue of the Journal of Knowledge Management (IF5y: 3.293). Revised and submitted papers will undergo the traditional double blind peer review process.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail (gouher.ahmed@skylineuniversity.ac.ae) to the Co-Chair & Host Coordinator. The following conditions will be applied:

  • 30 days or more before conference: a 25% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee
  • 30 days or less days: no refund

Reimbursement will be processed after the conference.
