During his career Tony has held a number of senior leadership roles including Pro Vice-Chancellor, Curtin Business School (current), Dean at the University of Adelaide and Head of Research at the Workplace Research Centre at the University of Sydney. Additionally he has held the position of Visiting Professor at Stanford University where he taught MBA students at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Tony obtained his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management from the University of Western Australia. Professor Travaglione has published widely in the areas of change management, leadership, organisational commitment, workplace trust and emotional intelligence. He has over 100 publications including a substantial number of refereed journal articles in the aforementioned areas of expertise.

Dr. Silvio Cardinali is Associate Professor at the Università Politecnica delle Marche in the areas of marketing and industrial organizations and service/industrial marketing. His research studies are focused on sales management, value creation during sales process, industrial marketing and geomarketing, in particuar for small and medium-sized enterprises. He won the best paper award at the 12th SGBED Conference in Singapore. He is also a member of the Italian Society of Marketing and visiting Professor at Upper Autria University.
Prof. Ing. Jan Rudy, PhD. is Professor of Management, HRM and Organizational Behavior at Comenius University. Former faculty dean who established close cooperation between Comenius University and Montclair State University. This cooperation lasts since 1994. He is a member of Comenius University Scientific Board and Academic Senate. His research is focused on strategic HRM. Between 2000 and 2004 he was a member of the Board of Directors in the state-owned large company (Slovenska Posta).
